The first QA AI agent for engineering teams.
Testdriver.ai is a Quality Assurance (QA) Artificial Intelligence agent specifically designed for engineering teams. It expands the scope of standard testing methodologies by complimenting them with AI-driven capabilities. It integrates directly with GitHub, simplifying the test processes for developers. Its main functionality is effectively running tests replacing the need for writing automated test scripts or performing time-consuming manual testing. When TestDriver is added to a GitHub repository, developers can trigger it to create a virtual environment, clone the project code and commence testing, simply by tagging the AI with '@TESTDRIVERAI' within a pull request or utilizing the dedicated GitHub Action. It facilitates end-to-end exploratory testing, where the AI performs detailed investigations on the application. The tool also allows developers to understand the testing process by giving them the ability to view the screen, logs, and decision-making process of the AI during the test. The AI's functionality and decision-making process is powered by Dashcam.io. It aims to provide an efficient solution, giving developers more time to focus on coding and less on the testing process. Meet the all new TestDriver! Now in v6, test run on TestDriver's powerful Windows Test runners and have an new "headless" mode. This means that it's easier than ever to create, edit, and deploy tests to any CI/CD system! Windows VMs now run in browser No more confusing environment variables Claim VMs with the CLI to have warm VMs ready to test with Get logs from any app Headless mode supports any CI/CD! New provision and postrun for setup/teardown Test side by side in any terminal use Warp, Wave, iTerm, Powershell or VSCode/Cursor/Windsurf? You can now run: Modifier keys improvements Electron dependency removed API keys are now per user instead of per team Self-hosting now available If your use case depends on local testing Deprecated Coming soon Custom AMI Custom Resources Client GitHub Action Help other people by letting them know if this AI was useful. When considering TestDriverv6.0.15 for integration into your organizational workflow, we recommend deploying a structured score card across three critical operational pillars: Security & Compliance, Integration Friction, and long-term Price Scalability. Rather than looking only at basic feature lists, modern procurement teams must assess how a software platform behaves under high load and how well it fits into the team's data security guidelines.
Depending on your operating region and field, ensure that TestDriverv6.0.15 supports standard security layers such as SOC 2 Type II certifications, GDPR compliance, or HIPAA-compliant database encryption. If the tool connects directly to client database tables or handles user passwords, verify that they implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO) integrations, and end-to-end data encryption in transit and at rest.
Siloed data is the primary cause of operational friction. Evaluate if TestDriverv6.0.15 has native connectors for your current project trackers, messaging hubs, and customer communication channels. For custom developer requirements, check if they provide a fully documented REST API with reasonable rate limits, comprehensive Webhooks support, and robust SDK packages in your language. A flexible API layer saves hundreds of hours of manual copy-paste overhead.
SaaS pricing packages are often deceptively simple. When reviewing TestDriverv6.0.15's billing structure, map out your team's projected expansion over the next 12 to 24 months. Determine how costs scale as your customer database increases or as you add team members. Factor in setup costs, mandatory support plan upgrades, API access fees, and storage overage rates to understand the true cost before committing to a contract.
By combining verified user reviews from our directory with internal workflow pilot tests, your procurement team can make an informed decision that drives productivity without creating capital waste.

It has some attractive features, i'm curious on how it recognizes failed tests, or how well does it do with frontend issues, compared to backend ones.

You caught us during a limited beta. You can now generate tests via the main CTA on the website or via `npm install @TestDriverai`.

Rn they're just collecting emails and survey answers before telling you there's no more room for new users right now.

Hooked @TestDriver into a sandbox and it got end to end flow running fast with an AI "computer use" vibe instead of brittle selectors. Replays and CI hooks caught regression. Works on web and desktop. Free credits are enough to get a fell BUT long suites eat them quick.
