Turn text into natural AI speech.
Readvox is a Text to Speech reader tool which leverages AI to produce naturally sounding voices. It is designed to convert written text into speech, helping users consume content in an audible format. The tool can be installed as a Chrome extension and it provides the functionality to listen to any text on web pages, enhancing user experience and accessibility for those who prefer audio content. In terms of features, Readvox allows users to choose their preferred voice for the text-to-speech conversion, and it offers both a 'Natural Voice' option and a standard 'System Voice' option. Furthermore, Readvox provides users with the ability to select specific text for conversion into speech, giving them more control over what they want to listen to. This tool could be particularly beneficial for users who have visual impairments, dyslexia or other conditions that make reading text challenging. It could also be useful for multitaskers who want to listen to text content while focusing on other tasks. Help other people by letting them know if this AI was useful. Add your own prompts and outputs to help others understand how to use this AI.

When considering Readvox for integration into your organizational workflow, we recommend deploying a structured score card across three critical operational pillars: Security & Compliance, Integration Friction, and long-term Price Scalability. Rather than looking only at basic feature lists, modern procurement teams must assess how a software platform behaves under high load and how well it fits into the team's data security guidelines.
Depending on your operating region and field, ensure that Readvox supports standard security layers such as SOC 2 Type II certifications, GDPR compliance, or HIPAA-compliant database encryption. If the tool connects directly to client database tables or handles user passwords, verify that they implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO) integrations, and end-to-end data encryption in transit and at rest.
Siloed data is the primary cause of operational friction. Evaluate if Readvox has native connectors for your current project trackers, messaging hubs, and customer communication channels. For custom developer requirements, check if they provide a fully documented REST API with reasonable rate limits, comprehensive Webhooks support, and robust SDK packages in your language. A flexible API layer saves hundreds of hours of manual copy-paste overhead.
SaaS pricing packages are often deceptively simple. When reviewing Readvox's billing structure, map out your team's projected expansion over the next 12 to 24 months. Determine how costs scale as your customer database increases or as you add team members. Factor in setup costs, mandatory support plan upgrades, API access fees, and storage overage rates to understand the true cost before committing to a contract.
By combining verified user reviews from our directory with internal workflow pilot tests, your procurement team can make an informed decision that drives productivity without creating capital waste.

A reaaly good AI, though not completely free, when register will still give you a good word limit, and there's a lot of voices from almost every language.

Currently, the website provides free text-to-speech (TTS) with emotions without requiring registration. You can generate 50,000 characters using generic Microsoft voices which are available also within any ReadAloud/Read out Loud apps. However, these voices lack emotion, but you can generate 5,000 characters with emotion per generation for free. Firstly, you have to select a voice, preview it, and then select it - paste your text or write it down and after a few minutes, you can listen and download it for free. However, the website's reviews are likely fake, suggesting that this free service might not last long.

No way to test it. Only paid options. The 7 days trial requires a credit card. this sounds as a scham

How has this not received a single review. It’s a brilliant analytical writer of up to 5,000 words

I can't explain how impressed i am by this. I've seen tools to help you brainstorm ideas, but not one to break your task down into big steps, then little steps for each of these. Plus "games" to help come up with more ideas for your project. I'm excited to use this!

As the service was in beta-testing stage, I created there a dozen of AI-generated courses for free. I wanted to use them. Those courses remained in my account as they started subscription tiers. But recently I have found out that they were deleted. The support didn't answer to my e-mail at all.

I've been playing around with this for a few hours. It's made me say "WOW" too many times than i wish to admit. I'm going to follow this and see how it evolves. For now, i managed to create quite a nice Expenses app for personal use. | It did have some problems when it came to moving some components on other pages, but for how short the prompts it uses can be, it is really impressive. With some proper prompts it can generate some strong stuff.

I joined Kin's beta program on my iPhone XR. After upgrading to an iPhone 13, I found that I couldn't log into my existing account on the new phone, forcing me to create a new account. Now, I have two separate Kin accounts on different phones. Today, when I accessed the beta version of Kin, I got a notification stating that the test version ended on Monday, September 23rd. It instructed me to back up my data and move to the official Kin app. I did as advised—backed up my data, confirmed, uninstalled the beta app via TestFlight, and installed the official Kin app. However, when I attempted to “log in”, I was still unable to access my existing account. This issue hasn't been resolved yet. I have been trying desperately to get in contact with the support team. I left feedback through the test flight app and sent emails. No response. Now trying to find a forums, Reddit posts, TAAFT comments☻

I didn't get to the voices. I don't give my credit card information up front. I clicked away as soon as I saw that. It's a shame too, the pricing structure looked great.

At last, we have a voice AI hub that works like OpenRouter.

Great AI voices, though still monotonous and robotic, or rather too neutral, with almost zero voice inflections! Excellent to read news, articles, essays, and any nonfiction books. BTW, computers should be allowed to TALK to us for free, like in the Star Trek TV series. Our future grandchildren will laugh at us for "paying" to use this everyday option, biting the hook to "monthly subscriptions" like gullible fish and then getting up to 1,000 words per month" under the so-called Pro version ;-) This is crazy!
