AI-powered real estate deal underwriting in 60 seconds.
PropLab is an AI-powered software designed to provide robust support for real estate investors. Using AI capabilities, it allows users to calculate the After Repair Value (ARV), estimate rehabilitation costs, and underwrite real estate deals. The platform aims to facilitate informed decisions by preventing investment offers based on insufficient information. It provides verified, industry-accurate comparables and includes an offer-ready report feature which users can send to partners. Additionally, PropLab scans thousands of properties monthly, highlighting the best deals in major US counties. Furthermore, it delivers professional reports that users can share with lenders. Some unique features include: Max Offer Price (MAO) calculation, which provides a clear buy box price for users to action upon, credible comparables based on distance and recency, and ARV plus repair signals. Users can also generate a professional PDF offer-ready report, shareable with partners or sellers in a lender-ready format. To use, users only need to paste a property's address, be it from MLS, Zillow, or Redfin, and PropLab's AI will build a comprehensive, offer-ready report featuring comps, ARV, rent, expenses, and exit strategies. PropLab is trusted by real estate investors nationwide for its capability to accurately analyze property deals quickly and efficiently. Help other people by letting them know if this AI was useful. Add your own prompts and outputs to help others understand how to use this AI.

When considering PropLab for integration into your organizational workflow, we recommend deploying a structured score card across three critical operational pillars: Security & Compliance, Integration Friction, and long-term Price Scalability. Rather than looking only at basic feature lists, modern procurement teams must assess how a software platform behaves under high load and how well it fits into the team's data security guidelines.
Depending on your operating region and field, ensure that PropLab supports standard security layers such as SOC 2 Type II certifications, GDPR compliance, or HIPAA-compliant database encryption. If the tool connects directly to client database tables or handles user passwords, verify that they implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO) integrations, and end-to-end data encryption in transit and at rest.
Siloed data is the primary cause of operational friction. Evaluate if PropLab has native connectors for your current project trackers, messaging hubs, and customer communication channels. For custom developer requirements, check if they provide a fully documented REST API with reasonable rate limits, comprehensive Webhooks support, and robust SDK packages in your language. A flexible API layer saves hundreds of hours of manual copy-paste overhead.
SaaS pricing packages are often deceptively simple. When reviewing PropLab's billing structure, map out your team's projected expansion over the next 12 to 24 months. Determine how costs scale as your customer database increases or as you add team members. Factor in setup costs, mandatory support plan upgrades, API access fees, and storage overage rates to understand the true cost before committing to a contract.
By combining verified user reviews from our directory with internal workflow pilot tests, your procurement team can make an informed decision that drives productivity without creating capital waste.

Needs to learn about different art schools, imo: doesn’t seem to understand the concept of cubism.

Not at all accurate…. The only thing similar between original and generated images were the clothes and accessories… face was absolutely new and unconnected.

@xeditai.com has options that most chat AIs lack, 1) Options to choose multiple vendor 2) Save content online 3) Regenerate by Section/Paragraph switch model to regenerate 4) Edit/Add text or image 5) Add branding and export 6) Run Parallel and copy across by Section/Paragraph 7) Run Strategy mode to a maximum of 3 LLMs to evaluate/synthesize/debate 8) Optionally switch templates to target output to different format 9) Tweak roles, thinking, model params 10) Use suggested next steps to follow up or target next template by process for e.g. BRD-> PRD

nice for turning a topic into a visual roadmap with quick quizzes. some lessons feel basic, still very handy for fast sessions.

Maybe you don’t have a subscription, so there are no credits on your account, and a lot of features require credits to use.

I think it's the best @Image Generator I ever found on the net. It gives more accurate image according to the prompt. And thank you for keeping it for free.

tried quickdata on a stack of rent rolls (pdf+xls), a couple T12s and one chunky OM. setup's just an excel add in, super barebones ribbon button and it goes straight to work (no gimmicks). it mapped a lot of line items correctly and dumped them into my model fast. i like that it plugs into your existing model instead of forcing theirs. a clearer "why" for each auto category would be good.
