Poolside Overview

What is Poolside?

Poolside is an artificial general intelligence (AGI) company that focuses on developing AGI-powered software agents and foundation models for the enterprise sector. Their goal is the application and integration of AGI into everyday environments to automate and enhance work processes. Poolside's solutions aim at transforming the function of organizations into 'agentic' entities by implementing the most notable technological advancements. The primary technology offerings include single and multi-agent systems for task planning and execution in sandboxed environments, important development tools and workflows, connectors for various data sources, and deployment of foundation models into clients' environments. The company emphasizes security, maintaining data within the client's control, and supports deployment in diverse settings such as on-premises, multi-cloud or air-gapped networks. Poolside provides what they term 'forward-deployed research' wherein their engineers collaborate with client teams to design, build, and operate software intelligence in-place, with joint responsibility for outcomes and measurable business impact. The larger vision behind Poolside's initiatives is rooted in software development, viewed as the fastest route to human-level intelligence and a mirror of human reasoning abilities. Starting by addressing high-consequence software for their applications, they aim to chart a path toward human-level AI that can drive down costs and accelerate scientific progress. Help other people by letting them know if this AI was useful. Add your own prompts and outputs to help others understand how to use this AI.

A Professional Framework to Evaluate Poolside

When considering Poolside for integration into your organizational workflow, we recommend deploying a structured score card across three critical operational pillars: Security & Compliance, Integration Friction, and long-term Price Scalability. Rather than looking only at basic feature lists, modern procurement teams must assess how a software platform behaves under high load and how well it fits into the team's data security guidelines.

1. Security and Database Compliance

Depending on your operating region and field, ensure that Poolside supports standard security layers such as SOC 2 Type II certifications, GDPR compliance, or HIPAA-compliant database encryption. If the tool connects directly to client database tables or handles user passwords, verify that they implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO) integrations, and end-to-end data encryption in transit and at rest.

2. API Coverage and Custom Integrations

Siloed data is the primary cause of operational friction. Evaluate if Poolside has native connectors for your current project trackers, messaging hubs, and customer communication channels. For custom developer requirements, check if they provide a fully documented REST API with reasonable rate limits, comprehensive Webhooks support, and robust SDK packages in your language. A flexible API layer saves hundreds of hours of manual copy-paste overhead.

3. Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

SaaS pricing packages are often deceptively simple. When reviewing Poolside's billing structure, map out your team's projected expansion over the next 12 to 24 months. Determine how costs scale as your customer database increases or as you add team members. Factor in setup costs, mandatory support plan upgrades, API access fees, and storage overage rates to understand the true cost before committing to a contract.

By combining verified user reviews from our directory with internal workflow pilot tests, your procurement team can make an informed decision that drives productivity without creating capital waste.

Hi there everyone! You might know us if you're familiar in the open-source space, but at Unsloth we do a lot of things. Mainly we help you fine-tune LLMs locally and help you run LLMs more efficiently and accurately. All of this is 100% local and of course open-source. We DO NOT have paid plans currently and everything is free and open-source. We also have a sub Reddit r/unsloth and very active Discord server so if you have any questions please do ask! Thank you! :)

Using @Thesys has been a game-changer for us. We can now ship AI features with interactive UIs in a fraction of the time it used to take. It’s simple to use and saves us so much effort.

I mostly use ChatGPT and Claude for writing content. What I like @ChatGBot is that it saves me from multiple monthly payments for different AI tools. Everything works fine, accuracy included. Worth subscribing.

The most humanly AI i have used so far but the problem is as soon as you start piling up messages in single chat session , it starts getting slow and at some point it starts freezing and also uses a lot of resources. For time being its okay to do 3 4 messages but as soon as we continue it has messages limitation and also starts getting very very slow . For the price of £18 per month this is unacceptable and with the newly introduced feature called project, if we start new chat within the project we cannot continue with the context we provided in other chats within same project. There are lot of improvements for them to work on. And to start with the its speed and its price

A huge disappointment. It fails standard tasks that Sonnet 3.5 completes with no issue. I’ll be skipping this version.

I just used for a couple of scientific tasks and its output was as good as ChatGPT 4 and Gemini Pro. This is an interesting tool and I will be exploring it further
