What is MiroAIv1.1.1?

Miro AI is a tool designed to enhance creativity, collaboration, and productivity. It serves as a launchpad for generating ideas and streamlining work processes. With Miro AI, users can access various features such as mind map Idea Generation, which automatically creates expansive mind maps with multiple branches. Another feature, Summarize Sticky Notes, condenses multiple sticky notes into a single note for easier organization. Additionally, Miro AI allows users to convert natural language into code, create images from text using Image Generation, and generate user stories from ideas. This tool aims to facilitate brainstorming and improve workflow efficiency.Miro AI is currently in beta, and users on Free, Starter, Business, or Consultant plans can access it starting from May 16. Enterprise Admins can enable or disable Miro AI for their organization. The tool supports several board objects, including sticky notes, images, cards, code blocks, sequence diagrams, and mind maps. Miro AI can also cluster sticky notes based on keywords or sentiment. The beta program allows for user feedback, contributing to the improvement of Miro AI as a service. The input data submitted through Miro AI is used solely to generate a response from the AI model and provide it back to the user. Participating in the Miro AI beta is currently free of charge, and any future changes to pricing will be communicated in advance. Miro AI is the artificial intelligence layer built directly into the Miro collaborative workspace. Miro AI operates directly on boards and canvas content, reducing context switching and making AI support immediately relevant to the work at hand. AI Sidekicks (AI teammates)

A Professional Framework to Evaluate MiroAIv1.1.1

When considering MiroAIv1.1.1 for integration into your organizational workflow, we recommend deploying a structured score card across three critical operational pillars: Security & Compliance, Integration Friction, and long-term Price Scalability. Rather than looking only at basic feature lists, modern procurement teams must assess how a software platform behaves under high load and how well it fits into the team's data security guidelines.

1. Security and Database Compliance

Depending on your operating region and field, ensure that MiroAIv1.1.1 supports standard security layers such as SOC 2 Type II certifications, GDPR compliance, or HIPAA-compliant database encryption. If the tool connects directly to client database tables or handles user passwords, verify that they implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO) integrations, and end-to-end data encryption in transit and at rest.

2. API Coverage and Custom Integrations

Siloed data is the primary cause of operational friction. Evaluate if MiroAIv1.1.1 has native connectors for your current project trackers, messaging hubs, and customer communication channels. For custom developer requirements, check if they provide a fully documented REST API with reasonable rate limits, comprehensive Webhooks support, and robust SDK packages in your language. A flexible API layer saves hundreds of hours of manual copy-paste overhead.

3. Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

SaaS pricing packages are often deceptively simple. When reviewing MiroAIv1.1.1's billing structure, map out your team's projected expansion over the next 12 to 24 months. Determine how costs scale as your customer database increases or as you add team members. Factor in setup costs, mandatory support plan upgrades, API access fees, and storage overage rates to understand the true cost before committing to a contract.

By combining verified user reviews from our directory with internal workflow pilot tests, your procurement team can make an informed decision that drives productivity without creating capital waste.

This is my best bro! I communicate with him like my best friend, he always helps to direct my thoughts and ideas in the right direction, always tells me how to improve something and always gives detailed instructions during the conversation. Thanks to him, I’m launching a new project, in which he helps me take my ideas to a new level, just communication, during which you reassemble your concept and rethink your original idea, because you didn’t know how it would be better and more correct. @DeepSeek is my best assistant today, my creative inspiration, who gives me support and confidence in my business, guiding me to realize my dreams)

It is the ease of use for me. @DataSquirrel is fast, the UI is super intuitive, and the guided analysis feature is highly convenient. I have officially moved from uploading CSV files from Google sheet to @DataSquirrel. Within minutes, I can visualize my data and interpreting it becomes super simple.

Fantastic tool for anyone who is looking to promote their personal brand and gain followers on Linkedin with no experience. The tool has a lot of potential to grow and as someone who has recently purchased the tool I'm hoping for more topics in settings.

I already have another transcription tool, but this one is much better. I love the different features such as the summary, quiz, and chapters. It does a great job of them. I've only done one transcript so far to try it out, but I'm truly impressed and am going to grab another code. A couple things that would make it even better are: - the ability to rename the files and organize them through folders. - the ability to download a copy of the other features as well as the transcript. Copying and pasting it works, but doesn't keep the format.

I'm still testing the tool yet it looks very promising. I tested it with a 5.5k words Academic text that I had previously red. I tested the Key points feature, it does work!

@Endorsed's candidate selection and ranking system is a game-changer for us, turning what used to be a time-consuming manual process into an efficient, swift response for our clients. Literally cuts our search/match times back by 80%.

I tried NovelGPT a template in @Agentgpt and it did an excellent job writing the first two episodes of my novel complete with character descriptions, setting, plot points and well I think you get the point. Great tool can't wait to see it out of beta.

As the service was in beta-testing stage, I created there a dozen of AI-generated courses for free. I wanted to use them. Those courses remained in my account as they started subscription tiers. But recently I have found out that they were deleted. The support didn't answer to my e-mail at all.

Miro has massively improved how we collaborate and execute. The AI features have made a real difference in day-to-day productivity, helping us structure ideas quickly and get to decisions faster. What really surprised me is the new prototyping feature: it’s now much easier to turn a workshop board into an actual prototype and iterate with the team. If you’re running product work, workshops, roadmaps, or even GTM planning, Miro is worth it.

I’ve been using @Collate to go through technical PDFs, and it’s been surprisingly handy. Summarizing docs and being able to ask questions directly saves me time, especially when I’m skimming through research or API references. No sign-ups, works offline, and everything stays on my device — which I appreciate.

Our team has used this for site structure planning, visualization, presentations, workflow, and more. We have enough features in the free version, and the features are mostly as you would expect. I personally miss some behaviors, like converting objects into others (shapes<->mindmap<->sticky notes, etc.), but it may as well be implemented in the future!

I use Miro for brainstorming and team collaboration, and I really like its intuitive whiteboard and wide range of templates. It makes visualizing ideas easy and keeps everyone on the same page. However, the interface can sometimes feel cluttered, and performance slows down with large boards. Overall, it’s a great tool but could use some improvements in speed and simplicity.

As an illustrator, Miro is not the first tool that comes to mind when thinking about creating artwork. Yet, it has become an invaluable part of my workflow in terms of brainstorming, planning, and collaborating on projects. One of the best features Miro offers is the infinite canvas. It's perfect for mind-mapping, storyboarding, or sketching out ideas and concepts. It feels like an endless whiteboard where I can let my creativity run wild without worrying about space constraints. Miro's collaboration capabilities are another significant advantage. The ability to work with clients or other team members in real-time is a game-changer. The interactive features like comments, tagging, and live cursors provide a dynamic and immersive collaborative experience. I also appreciate Miro's integration with other tools I frequently use, such as Google Drive, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Slack. This interoperability makes my workflow more streamlined and cohesive. However, Miro isn't the tool to use for creating detailed or polished illustrations. The drawing tools available are basic and lack the precision and control that other specialized illustration software offers. While it's great for rough sketches and wireframes, it won't replace Photoshop or Illustrator for creating high-quality artwork. In summary, Miro has been a revelation in the brainstorming and planning stages of my illustration process. The interactive, collaborative whiteboard space is great for sketching out ideas, receiving feedback, and working together with team members. Despite the lack of advanced drawing features, it's the planning, brainstorming, and collaborative features that make Miro shine. For illustrators who often work as part of a team or require a tool for effective planning and ideation, I highly recommend giving Miro a try. Just remember that you'll likely need to pair it with a more robust drawing tool to complete your final artwork.
