MemoryPlugin Overview

What is MemoryPlugin?

MemoryPlugin is a robust and functional add-on designed to enhance artificial intelligence (AI) tools by providing a memory function. This remembers and recalls crucial information provided by the users, mitigating the need for constant repetition. The plugin becomes particularly handy in various tasks such as content generation, journaling, and code creation. For content generation, the tool can recall preferences like personal tone or specific keywords. With journaling, it serves to remind the AI about past interactions, facilitating continuity. In code creation, it can remember and apply your preferences like TypeScript usage or variable naming conventions. Additionally, the plugin can be beneficial in tracking and following up on previous chats. The MemoryPlugin is currently applicable with TypingMind, contributing towards an intuitive and productive user experience. Ensuring data privacy, the system only stores summaries of significant information, while full chat details are excluded. Control over the memory element is entirely in the user's hands, with the option to delete individual memories or the entire memory bank. Despite the memory function being majorly automatic, user inputs can guide it to save or recall information. Technically, MemoryPlugin can function with any AI model that supports function calling or tool use. Help other people by letting them know if this AI was useful. Add your own prompts and outputs to help others understand how to use this AI.

A Professional Framework to Evaluate MemoryPlugin

When considering MemoryPlugin for integration into your organizational workflow, we recommend deploying a structured score card across three critical operational pillars: Security & Compliance, Integration Friction, and long-term Price Scalability. Rather than looking only at basic feature lists, modern procurement teams must assess how a software platform behaves under high load and how well it fits into the team's data security guidelines.

1. Security and Database Compliance

Depending on your operating region and field, ensure that MemoryPlugin supports standard security layers such as SOC 2 Type II certifications, GDPR compliance, or HIPAA-compliant database encryption. If the tool connects directly to client database tables or handles user passwords, verify that they implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO) integrations, and end-to-end data encryption in transit and at rest.

2. API Coverage and Custom Integrations

Siloed data is the primary cause of operational friction. Evaluate if MemoryPlugin has native connectors for your current project trackers, messaging hubs, and customer communication channels. For custom developer requirements, check if they provide a fully documented REST API with reasonable rate limits, comprehensive Webhooks support, and robust SDK packages in your language. A flexible API layer saves hundreds of hours of manual copy-paste overhead.

3. Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

SaaS pricing packages are often deceptively simple. When reviewing MemoryPlugin's billing structure, map out your team's projected expansion over the next 12 to 24 months. Determine how costs scale as your customer database increases or as you add team members. Factor in setup costs, mandatory support plan upgrades, API access fees, and storage overage rates to understand the true cost before committing to a contract.

By combining verified user reviews from our directory with internal workflow pilot tests, your procurement team can make an informed decision that drives productivity without creating capital waste.

It's a fun tool to play around with. They start you with 70 credits, enough to make a model, images, and, a video.

I can't explain how impressed i am by this. I've seen tools to help you brainstorm ideas, but not one to break your task down into big steps, then little steps for each of these. Plus "games" to help come up with more ideas for your project. I'm excited to use this!

like the other person said, you have to pay. Normally, I wouldn't care, but this particular group advertised itself as free for quite some time. A lot of the materials about it still suggest it's free. And then it engages in basically the same pricing structure that people use this tool to protect themselves from.

Really like how it finds connection in the content that I save. I don't think any other tool can do that.

I already have another transcription tool, but this one is much better. I love the different features such as the summary, quiz, and chapters. It does a great job of them. I've only done one transcript so far to try it out, but I'm truly impressed and am going to grab another code. A couple things that would make it even better are: - the ability to rename the files and organize them through folders. - the ability to download a copy of the other features as well as the transcript. Copying and pasting it works, but doesn't keep the format.

easy to pick up and you get a few free file imports. it gives you results pretty fast, unfortunately i can't find a way to get back to these, they're locked behind the paid service.

Can’t say the app is that bad. It might take a bit of time to get used to, but based on my experience, it produced some good results. I'd say it's worth giving it another chance. Have fun!

Would recommend this to anyone. Writing things down is great, but being able to freely talk about it is even better. It gives you time to get it all out and a lot of times I feel better just by verbalizing issues out loud. I really appreciate that the report from the session reflects everything I've said in a structured way, so I don't have to worry about talking super coherently. It also provides useful insights and recommendations. The whole self-care topic has always sounded like a chore to me but I actually enjoy this.

I'm in early beta and I'm managing to orchestrate my 3 openclaw agents with my 2 claude code sessions. It's cool, maybe this is the future.

I'm using @MemoryPlugin since a year. It is brilliant how can it improve the work with LLM-s. With any LLM-s. Asad did a lot of improvement, he is open for discussion about enhancements.

@MemoriPy is a GAMECHANGER. I see why it has so many stars on GitHub- we use it for all of our agents to ensure they are context aware! Great job 👏

With the AI memory of @Aiqbee I can build any type of AI context (a Brain) and use it with any LLM model to produce context specific results instead of guess work. I can also combine different brains or use brains from a marketplace to enrich the output quality.
