Poor UI, poor tools.

Turn every rep into a product expert with AI
HeySam is an AI Sales Engineer designed to help sales teams operate more efficiently. The tool is a supporting feature for sales representatives during calls, providing immediate assistance with technical issues or inquiries, thereby reducing the need to bring in a sales engineer for each interaction. It focuses on boosting the productivity and confidence of account executives by allowing them to handle technical aspects of sales calls with less dependency on sales engineers. HeySam also promotes time management by supporting sales engineers (SEs) in reclaiming substantial portion of their time which they can then utilise for qualifying deals or focusing on larger deals. Reps can minimise the follow-up meetings as they can accomplish more in each call with HeySam's support. To use HeySam, users can simply share call transcripts, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), or other relevant sales materials, and HeySam will learn from those to provide effective support. It provides real-time answers to customer queries during calls, reducing the need for reps to manually search for information. Furthermore, it aids representatives in generating resource-based follow-up emails, helping to streamline the sales process.HeySam also includes a feature that allows call playback and provides summaries, similar to other customer interaction analytics tools. It takes user-data privacy seriously and keeps each customer's data separate. It is designed not to replace sales engineers, but to augment their effectiveness and efficiency. The AI tool is conscious of its abilities and avoids 'making things up', instead preferring to express uncertainty when lacking confidence in an answer, ensuring credibility in sales calls. It welcomes human intervention for reviewing its answers to further improve its performance. Help other people by letting them know if this AI was useful. Add your own prompts and outputs to help others understand how to use this AI.

When considering HeySam for integration into your organizational workflow, we recommend deploying a structured score card across three critical operational pillars: Security & Compliance, Integration Friction, and long-term Price Scalability. Rather than looking only at basic feature lists, modern procurement teams must assess how a software platform behaves under high load and how well it fits into the team's data security guidelines.
Depending on your operating region and field, ensure that HeySam supports standard security layers such as SOC 2 Type II certifications, GDPR compliance, or HIPAA-compliant database encryption. If the tool connects directly to client database tables or handles user passwords, verify that they implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO) integrations, and end-to-end data encryption in transit and at rest.
Siloed data is the primary cause of operational friction. Evaluate if HeySam has native connectors for your current project trackers, messaging hubs, and customer communication channels. For custom developer requirements, check if they provide a fully documented REST API with reasonable rate limits, comprehensive Webhooks support, and robust SDK packages in your language. A flexible API layer saves hundreds of hours of manual copy-paste overhead.
SaaS pricing packages are often deceptively simple. When reviewing HeySam's billing structure, map out your team's projected expansion over the next 12 to 24 months. Determine how costs scale as your customer database increases or as you add team members. Factor in setup costs, mandatory support plan upgrades, API access fees, and storage overage rates to understand the true cost before committing to a contract.
By combining verified user reviews from our directory with internal workflow pilot tests, your procurement team can make an informed decision that drives productivity without creating capital waste.

Everything worked fine for me, give it another go now, it might have been temporary.

Beatiful, easy and AI insights very useful.

Used this for a quick ebook draft and it got the structure down pretty well. The first chapters were stronger than the later ones, but it’s a useful starting point if you want to turn an idea into something readable fast.

A little biased, but I think it's great.

Fantastic tool for anyone who is looking to promote their personal brand and gain followers on Linkedin with no experience. The tool has a lot of potential to grow and as someone who has recently purchased the tool I'm hoping for more topics in settings.

This tool i found is super cool, I created 5 books from this tool to sell them online, which gives me great profit. I am creating more valuable books to spread knowledge, and earn some bucks as well 🤑.

After my first use, I think it's surprisingly good. The only drawback so far is the PDF export option for the report which is formatless.

O GPT faz uma análise melhor e mais personalizada.

As the service was in beta-testing stage, I created there a dozen of AI-generated courses for free. I wanted to use them. Those courses remained in my account as they started subscription tiers. But recently I have found out that they were deleted. The support didn't answer to my e-mail at all.

Excellent chatbot, very functional and easy to teach. It took me a while to vary the prompt, but I ended up getting a great result when I put it through a stress test. I give 4 stars because I think this AI can still improve. In any case I recommend it.
