Harness ChatGPT in Google Workspace and Excel
ChatGPT is an AI tool that can be used in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Excel to perform various tasks. It works with several OpenAI language models, including GPT-3.5, GPT-3.5-16K, GPT-4, Claude 1, and Claude 2.With ChatGPT, users can clean and normalize data, extract entities, and standardize formats in bulk operations within Sheets and Excel. It also offers the ability to analyze data by summarizing, classifying, and categorizing information. The tool is particularly useful for generating content. It can write and edit copy, translate text, and create product tags, ad copy, taglines, titles, and high-quality, compelling product descriptions. It can even help generate outlines for blog posts, emails, speeches, and provide summaries of meetings or notes.ChatGPT's functionality is integrated directly into Google Sheets and Google Docs, making it convenient for users to access its features. The tool has garnered popularity with over three million installations and carries a rating of 4.5/5.It is important to note that ChatGPT is built on top of the GPT-3.5-turbo and GPT-4 models, specifically trained for conversational use. The GPT-3.5 models have been made available via API and offer a cost-effective solution compared to previous models. Additionally, the latest GPT-4 model provides better reasoning capabilities and an increased word context limit.Overall, ChatGPT provides users with a powerful AI toolset for performing various text-based operations and generating high-quality content within the Google Sheets, Docs, and Excel environments. Help other people by letting them know if this AI was useful. Add your own prompts and outputs to help others understand how to use this AI.

When considering GPT for work for integration into your organizational workflow, we recommend deploying a structured score card across three critical operational pillars: Security & Compliance, Integration Friction, and long-term Price Scalability. Rather than looking only at basic feature lists, modern procurement teams must assess how a software platform behaves under high load and how well it fits into the team's data security guidelines.
Depending on your operating region and field, ensure that GPT for work supports standard security layers such as SOC 2 Type II certifications, GDPR compliance, or HIPAA-compliant database encryption. If the tool connects directly to client database tables or handles user passwords, verify that they implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO) integrations, and end-to-end data encryption in transit and at rest.
Siloed data is the primary cause of operational friction. Evaluate if GPT for work has native connectors for your current project trackers, messaging hubs, and customer communication channels. For custom developer requirements, check if they provide a fully documented REST API with reasonable rate limits, comprehensive Webhooks support, and robust SDK packages in your language. A flexible API layer saves hundreds of hours of manual copy-paste overhead.
SaaS pricing packages are often deceptively simple. When reviewing GPT for work's billing structure, map out your team's projected expansion over the next 12 to 24 months. Determine how costs scale as your customer database increases or as you add team members. Factor in setup costs, mandatory support plan upgrades, API access fees, and storage overage rates to understand the true cost before committing to a contract.
By combining verified user reviews from our directory with internal workflow pilot tests, your procurement team can make an informed decision that drives productivity without creating capital waste.

it's nice that you have a Summarize button on youtube when you go and have the extension installed. Im not getting sources on articles it gives me however..

Used this for a quick ebook draft and it got the structure down pretty well. The first chapters were stronger than the later ones, but it’s a useful starting point if you want to turn an idea into something readable fast.

Only available on the iphone... doesn't seem super intuitive to use.

A valuable resource. I think I will be using this site quite regularly.

I've tried to find the exact articles via WoS, Google, or Scopus. Despite using a very advised and complicated search query, it was just a waste of time. Perplexity didn't help either. The Jenni AI, which may add useful links when generating text, finds nothing but trash. SciScape gave exactly what I needed from the first query! A couple of fresh relative articles with very exact topics!

easy to pick up and you get a few free file imports. it gives you results pretty fast, unfortunately i can't find a way to get back to these, they're locked behind the paid service.

It's sad to see people want to try your tool out but you have no free sample for them. This may be the best tool out there, but, as mentioned, going through with the AI for minutes to explain what you want, then being prompted to pay, without even knowing if it CAN create something, is discouraging. I hope we can get a free sample or preview at one point, im interested in this one.

I tried NovelGPT a template in @Agentgpt and it did an excellent job writing the first two episodes of my novel complete with character descriptions, setting, plot points and well I think you get the point. Great tool can't wait to see it out of beta.

After my first use, I think it's surprisingly good. The only drawback so far is the PDF export option for the report which is formatless.

I'm still testing the tool yet it looks very promising. I tested it with a 5.5k words Academic text that I had previously red. I tested the Key points feature, it does work!

It is the ease of use for me. @DataSquirrel is fast, the UI is super intuitive, and the guided analysis feature is highly convenient. I have officially moved from uploading CSV files from Google sheet to @DataSquirrel. Within minutes, I can visualize my data and interpreting it becomes super simple.

@FlowGPT was great... up until the point where all my history disappeared, I stopped being able to see content, and I was unable to do anything without their ever helpful "something went wrong" error message. I'm glad I didn't pay for their currency... it would have all be lost.

This app is awesome because it has two cool features. First, it lets you chat with an AI that talks like a real person, perfect for customer service or just having fun conversations. The second feature lets you create amazing artwork instantly using AI. The app is super easy to use, and you don’t even need to sign up. Plus, it’s a free mobile app, so you can take it anywhere! It’s a fun, creative tool for everyone.
