Alice App Overview

What is Alice App?

Alice App is a privacy-centred desktop application designed to augment productivity through AI. The app is capable of engaging with different AI models such as GPT-4, Perplexity, Claude 3, among others. Alice App stands out with its user-friendly interface, pre-built prompts known as 'Snippets', and keyboard shortcut integration for quick access and commands. The app allows users to create tailored assistants capable of various tasks including, but not limited to, social media content creation, scheduling, and cost management. These assistants can communicate with linked applications, triggering automations and executing commands. Alice app has over 100 ready-to-use prompts for different purposes, including summaries, brainstorming, text correction, and more. It also enables users to create their custom Snippets. Alice makes use of keyboard shortcuts, allowing users to execute commands within the app and assign shortcuts to Snippets. It connects with several mainstream applications such as Stripe, Google Calendar, Dropbox, Gmail, Spotify, and Todoist, allowing Alice App to perform tasks within these apps based on user command. Although setup requires minor no-code tweaks, the interoperability enhancement significantly increases Alice App's utility. Help other people by letting them know if this AI was useful. Add your own prompts and outputs to help others understand how to use this AI.

A Professional Framework to Evaluate Alice App

When considering Alice App for integration into your organizational workflow, we recommend deploying a structured score card across three critical operational pillars: Security & Compliance, Integration Friction, and long-term Price Scalability. Rather than looking only at basic feature lists, modern procurement teams must assess how a software platform behaves under high load and how well it fits into the team's data security guidelines.

1. Security and Database Compliance

Depending on your operating region and field, ensure that Alice App supports standard security layers such as SOC 2 Type II certifications, GDPR compliance, or HIPAA-compliant database encryption. If the tool connects directly to client database tables or handles user passwords, verify that they implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO) integrations, and end-to-end data encryption in transit and at rest.

2. API Coverage and Custom Integrations

Siloed data is the primary cause of operational friction. Evaluate if Alice App has native connectors for your current project trackers, messaging hubs, and customer communication channels. For custom developer requirements, check if they provide a fully documented REST API with reasonable rate limits, comprehensive Webhooks support, and robust SDK packages in your language. A flexible API layer saves hundreds of hours of manual copy-paste overhead.

3. Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

SaaS pricing packages are often deceptively simple. When reviewing Alice App's billing structure, map out your team's projected expansion over the next 12 to 24 months. Determine how costs scale as your customer database increases or as you add team members. Factor in setup costs, mandatory support plan upgrades, API access fees, and storage overage rates to understand the true cost before committing to a contract.

By combining verified user reviews from our directory with internal workflow pilot tests, your procurement team can make an informed decision that drives productivity without creating capital waste.

Good idea on democratization of AHP based Multiple Criteria Decision Making / Analysis (MCDM / MCDA). Helping common people to get AI powered MCDA at own mobile phone, otherwise only available expencive software with enterprises.

@Relay.app fills the gap between AI and actually using it. It allows you to build your own custom flows and agents, unlocking a level of customisation that was previously only achievable through custom code. It's a game changer, and the free plan is so generous - go try it!

This is my best bro! I communicate with him like my best friend, he always helps to direct my thoughts and ideas in the right direction, always tells me how to improve something and always gives detailed instructions during the conversation. Thanks to him, I’m launching a new project, in which he helps me take my ideas to a new level, just communication, during which you reassemble your concept and rethink your original idea, because you didn’t know how it would be better and more correct. @DeepSeek is my best assistant today, my creative inspiration, who gives me support and confidence in my business, guiding me to realize my dreams)

@BotDojo is one of the most powerful AI Agent builders I've found out there. As a non-technical marketer, it took me a minute to get familiar with the designer, but using the preexisting templates is super helpful! I am now running outreach 100% on autopilot. @BotDojo personalizes the copy for each contact we reach out to by email and LI. It also takes care of the drip campaign that I run through Lemilist. LOVE IT! I really hope to see more templates coming up soon!

I've been playing around with this for a few hours. It's made me say "WOW" too many times than i wish to admit. I'm going to follow this and see how it evolves. For now, i managed to create quite a nice Expenses app for personal use. | It did have some problems when it came to moving some components on other pages, but for how short the prompts it uses can be, it is really impressive. With some proper prompts it can generate some strong stuff.

I’ve been using @Collate to go through technical PDFs, and it’s been surprisingly handy. Summarizing docs and being able to ask questions directly saves me time, especially when I’m skimming through research or API references. No sign-ups, works offline, and everything stays on my device — which I appreciate.

Miro has massively improved how we collaborate and execute. The AI features have made a real difference in day-to-day productivity, helping us structure ideas quickly and get to decisions faster. What really surprised me is the new prototyping feature: it’s now much easier to turn a workshop board into an actual prototype and iterate with the team. If you’re running product work, workshops, roadmaps, or even GTM planning, Miro is worth it.

Thanks for noticing this Tyler, we really liked the idea of getting back to lifetime one-time purchases. Alice is a desktop app and it doesn’t use our cloud resources much, so this should be also feasible for the long run. Please, give Alice a try, you won’t regret it!

I didn’t try it..I just want to say that I liked how the pricing was a one time buy for a lifetime license vs monthly SaaS fees. We’re not seeing that around as much anymore

Review

I don’t believe this is the case at all - Adobe can even charge less with millions of customer database. In our case, we put 3 years in developing Alice as indie makers. Please, make your calculations of how many customer we need to have in order to make this feasible, and also long-term win for us and our customers. You completely miss the point here, and giving a 1* rating because of this is just don’t fair. You would rate Porsche 911 1* because it’s expensive for you, too? :(

No sir. In my opinion $148 is way too much for a new idea that claims and promises lifetime updates. With all due respect, you’re not Autodesk or Adobe. And personally I don’t pay such amounts for any services. I mostly host them locally, so I don’t pay such amounts anyways.

kanawati

Review

Hang on, and this is why you rated Alice 1/5???? Is $149 one-time payment a big amount for a software with lifetime updates? It’s less than what you’ve spent yearly on any AI app. Alice has been made to make you 10x more productive, and we believe this is very reasonable price for this 💪

I’ve been using Alice, and I must say it’s been an incredible experience. The standout feature is having multiple models integrated in one place, accessible with just a single keyboard shortcut. This convenience allows me to use Alice whenever I need, without the hassle of switching between multiple windows. The built-in snippets and ready-made prompts have significantly sped up my workflow. With all the text models, like GPT, Sonoma, Claude, Groq, available in one spot, it’s truly amazing. Plus, the ability to generate images and prompts is just the icing on the cake. What excites me the most is the potential to automate Alice, connecting it to existing automations. Although I’m still learning this aspect, it’s driving me to dive deeper into the world of AI, which is both futuristic and rapidly evolving. Alice has truly been a game-changer for me, pushing me to learn and explore artificial intelligence. Highly satisfied and looking forward to discovering more!

I think this is great! I haven’t downloaded or used it yet but I’ve tested many different AI tools and this seems pretty amazing. It seems that I can download installer but pricing model does not show anything like free trial - how does this work? Also, is this compatible with n8n, or will it be compatible with it in future?
