DigitalGeniusv1.1.1

Hedy is a real-time AI conversation coach. It listens during your meetings, sales calls, interviews, and medical appointments, then gives you suggestions and answers while the conversation is still happening, not after it's over. Most tools record and summarize. Hedy helps you in the moment.

Now you can run Hedy's entire AI on your own hardware. Turn on Local AI and your summaries, notes, live suggestions, and chat all happen on your device. Nothing goes to a server for processing.

Where Local AI runs:

Mac (Apple Silicon): GPU acceleration and every model size

Windows: capable GPUs, with CPU fallback for the rest
iPhone 15 Pro and newer, plus M-series iPads: the compact models

Local AI is opt-in and off by default. Speech recognition has run on-device since day one, and audio recordings stay on your machine. This extends that privacy to the rest of the pipeline for anyone who wants it. Cloud AI stays available too, and it's still faster and handles longer, more complex conversations better.

Hedy can now run AI entirely on your machine: Audio, transcription, summaries, chat, and real-time AI suggestions all happen end-to-end on-device, with no conversation data sent to the cloud. That's rare in this category. Most AI meeting tools send your audio and transcripts to cloud APIs for analysis. Hedy now allows you to process everything locally.

This opens up conversations that were previously off-limits to AI tooling. Legal strategy. Confidential board meetings. M&A discussions. Client-privileged work. Any conversation where "it stays on your computer" is the only acceptable answer.

Local AI is available now on macOS and Windows, with mobile support coming soon. Pick from 11 on-device language models to match your hardware. Works fully offline. No cloud dependency, no API costs.

Refreshed interface with Hedy 3: A new look across every device. Polished session cards, refined dark mode, and three desktop layout presets (Balanced, Chat Focus, Chat Only) so you can match the interface to your workflow. Mobile got the same visual treatment for a consistent experience throughout.

OMI wearable integration: Stream transcripts from your OMI device directly into Hedy sessions.

Hedy is an AI meeting coach that provides proactive suggestions in real time during your conversations, not summaries after the fact. Available on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and web. 30+ conversation languages.Project contentHedy AI BusinessCreated by youNewsletter: Version 3.140 linestextIn App Version Update JSON Example48 linestextNewsletter: Version 3.039 linestextContentappcast.xmlxml

EU Data Hosting and AI Analysis
Your conversations and AI analysis can now stay in Europe. Users can choose to have all session data (transcripts, summaries, and AI-generated insights) processed and stored on European servers. No conversation data crosses the Atlantic. You can chose where you want your conversations hosted during account sign-up.

New Session Types: Negotiation & Spiritual Teaching
Two new specialized coaching modes. Negotiation helps you during and after high-stakes conversations with tailored prompts and analysis. Spiritual Teaching adapts Hedy for reflective, teaching-oriented sessions with narrative-style notes and summaries.

Personalized AI Coaching
Hedy now learns about you during onboarding. Answer a few questions about your role, your goals, and the challenges you face and Hedy generates your first personalized coaching profile. Better context means sharper, more relevant insights from day one.

Apple Watch Companion App
Your AI meeting assistant, now on your wrist. Control sessions with a glance—a red dot means you're recording, orange when paused, gray when idle. Pause during a break, resume when you're back, or stop the session entirely.

The real power? Discretion. AI coaching tips arrive directly on your watch face during meetings. Checking your watch looks natural—checking your phone doesn't. Capture highlights with a single tap, as subtle as adjusting your watch band.

The Smart Stack widget surfaces session status and coaching tips automatically. Voice control via Siri lets you say "Start a meeting with Hedy" or "Stop Hedy session" without touching anything.

Requires iPhone with Hedy app nearby for audio capture and processing.

Comprehensive Data Export
Your meeting data belongs to you. Export sessions, topics, highlights, and action items in Markdown (human-readable), CSV (spreadsheet-ready), or JSON (complete data).

Multi-file exports bundle everything into organized ZIP archives by topic—perfect for archiving or migrating to other tools.

Cloud AI Privacy Kill Switch
New toggle gives you complete control over cloud processing. Disable it, and Hedy continues transcribing locally while sending zero data to cloud AI services.

Existing AI-generated insights are preserved. For users in regulated industries or anyone who wants transcription without cloud dependencies.

Happy New Year! December was a productive month for Hedy, with several updates that make your meeting experience smoother and more hands-free. Here's what we shipped:

🎙️ Siri Shortcuts: Hands-Free Session Control
You can now start and stop Hedy sessions using Siri on iOS and Mac. Say "Hey Siri, start my Hedy session" before walking into a meeting, or stop recording without reaching for your device. Perfect for when your hands are full or you want to stay focused on the conversation.

⏸️ Inactivity Auto-Pause
Long gaps in conversation? Hedy can now automatically pause your session when no speech is detected, then resume when talking starts again. This keeps your transcripts clean and saves your recording time for actual discussion. Enable this in your meeting settings.

🎯 Smart Session Type Defaults
Topics now remember your preferred session type. If your "Client Calls" topic always uses Coaching mode, Hedy defaults to that automatically when you start a new session in that topic. One less thing to configure every time.

🗓️ Date-Aware AI
Hedy now understands temporal context in your conversations. Ask about "last week's discussion" or "what we decided yesterday" and Hedy knows what timeframe you mean. This makes post-session chat and cross-session queries more accurate.

🌍 New Languages
We added Farsi and Sinhala for AI chat interactions, continuing our expansion to serve professionals worldwide.

Topic Context Support - Add custom instructions and context to any topic (client, project, or course) once, and Hedy automatically applies them to every meeting in that topic. Managing multiple clients with different requirements? Hedy now remembers each client's unique context, terminology, and goals across all related sessions.

Updated MCP Server - Connect Hedy to ANY AI client, including browser-based tools. Access your meeting intelligence from Claude Desktop, Cline, or build custom integrations. Your conversations become queryable knowledge across your entire AI toolkit.

Cloud Transcription Flexibility - Bring your own Deepgram or OpenAI API keys for enterprise-grade control over transcription infrastructure.

Smart Playback Controls - Review meetings at 0.5x-2x speed. Quickly scan hour-long sessions or carefully analyze complex negotiations.

Expanded Automation - New integrations with ActivePieces and n8n join existing Zapier support, connecting Hedy to thousands of apps.

These updates make Hedy essential for anyone managing multiple projects, clients, or complex professional relationships. It's not just recording meetings anymore - it's building your ambient intelligence layer.

Current Stats: 15,000+ users | 4.8 star rating | Available on iOS, Android, Mac (Windows coming soon)

What's Revolutionary:

👉 Proactive Intelligence - No more prompting required. Hedy spots gaps and suggests insights in real-time

👉 Context-Aware - Understands your role, goals, and conversation dynamics to deliver targeted suggestions
